~200 postcards, variable duration

2019

Arrangements is a series of performative room experiments in which I attempt to engage with the cultural narratives and structures that I see reflected in a set of postcard empirically accumulated since childhood. By means of spatial (re)compositions in the exhibition space, I strive to render the latent visible. Latest experiments turn towards three-dimensional constructions, as they add instability to these arrangements, possibly reminding us that they do not have to be definitive, and that a given structure may well be relying upon the very elements at the bottom or invisible.
